Silly Goose Books

Forthcoming – March 2026

Silly Goose Books creates picture books for children that use poetic language, play with perspective, and have strong visual motif. Our books help families have conversations around big changes or matters relating to religion and belief. A strong addition to the literature available to educators, our books contain teachable examples of visual literacy, figurative devices, genre, and text features. Resources for phonics and elementary religion teachers are available for each of our books at Creative Change Curriculum Co. on Teachers Pay Teachers.

LINDSAY CAMERON began her writing career young. Penning several fiction novels before high school afforded her the opportunity to train in the most awarded high school journalism program in the nation. Published in Scholastic Writing magazine and Teen Ink before college, she majored in Creative Writing at Ashland University in Ohio, where she established her focus on crafting music at the sentence level and capturing distinct voice in narrative. Lindsay writes everything: poetry, memoir, short story, and YA fiction. Previously an English teacher and arts curriculum specialist, this is her debut book for children.

ABBIE GLENN never imagined she’d be any good at drawing — until the day she picked up a tablet and stylus and fell in love with digital illustration. She earned her degree in Communications with a focus on Graphic Design from The Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, where she first nurtured her creative side through freelance branding work. Over time, that love for design blossomed into a passion for digital art. After becoming a mom in 2021, Abbie discovered a new creative calling: children’s book illustration. Her art captures a sense of childlike wonder, playfulness, and nostalgia, inviting readers to see the world through a joyful, imaginative lens. This is her debut book for children.
